  Performance Impact Coaching offers Finacial Professionals a 2 part      Discovery Audit, and Private Client Coaching.  Coaching programs can be customized to fit client needs and budgets.

Part 1:  A one hour session (a coaching version of a Fact Finder).  This includes an assessment of where you are at today; strengths, challenges, systems, production, balance and goal setting.  Client and coach expectations are also detailed. 

Part 2:  Colleague interviews are conducted by the coach.  One interview with your immediate director and a second with someone who knows you and your work habits well. Optional

Three 30 minute powerful coaching sessions each month to get off to a fast start.  Frequency is adjusted as progress is made. 

Each session is followed up with e-mailed "homework" assignments and agreed upon accountability actions.  Phone based.
